Who we are

This website belongs to Mausmi Ghosh, a counsellor, child coach and NLP Master Practitioner based at Neotown, Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Mausmi Ghosh. You can reach us at 4mausmighosh@gmail.com or +91 80762 52050.

What we collect

• Details you share with us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in a WhatsApp message, call or email.
• Session information: notes about goals and progress that we keep so we can support you or your child properly.
• Basic website data: our web host may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver sessions, keep appropriate records, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Children's information

For anyone under 18, we work with the written consent of a parent or guardian. We do not publish photos, names or results of any child without written consent from their parent or school.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions stays private. We will only share information if you ask us to, or where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.

WhatsApp and other services

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, a service run by Meta. Messages you send there are also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy. Fonts and some images on this site load from third-party providers such as Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond, and session records for as long as you work with us plus a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email 4mausmighosh@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.
